Tomato Salsa
PREP 10 minutes MAKES about 3 cups or 12 servings
1½ pounds tomatoes (4 medium), chopped
¼ cup loosely packed fresh cilantro or parsley leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
½ teaspoon salt
teaspoon ground black pepper
In medium bowl, combine tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper until well mixed. Spoon into serving bowl; cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours if not serving right away.
