Grandpa Jeb’s Sunday Meat Loaf
2.15 pounds ground chuck
1 cup oats
4.5-ounce can chopped green chilies
½ cup milk
½ cup minced onion
2 eggs*
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons chili powder
About 2 hours before serving, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 1½ hours.
