About the Authors

Kathryn and Ross Petras are a brother and sister writing team who fondly recall laughing at each other’s early poetic efforts, most notably Ross’s “Pinky Bee,” which even by first-grade standards was lamentable, and Kathy’s adolescent “Man-Smell,” which is fortunately lost.

Inspired by the depths of their own literary output, they have gone on to collect the detritus and malapropisms of others—and published it in works such as the bestselling annual 365 Stupidest Things Ever Said Page-A-Day® Calendar and The Stupidest Things Ever Said Book of All-Time Stupidest Top 10 Lists.
