7.   Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Sweet Potatoes
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serving: 4
Ingredients:
        1 lb. Brussels sprouts, cut in half
        2 sweet potatoes, wash and cut into 1-inch pieces
        2 tbsp olive oil
        ¼ tsp garlic powder
        ½ tsp pepper
        1 tsp salt
Directions:
  1. Add sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts.
  2. Add remaining ingredients over sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts and toss until well coated.
  3. Transfer sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts on air fryer oven tray and roast at 400 F for 10 minutes.
  4. Turn sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts to the other side and roast for 10 minutes more.
