9.   Breakfast Egg Bites
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 13 minutes
Serving: 4
Ingredients:
        4 eggs, lightly beaten
        ¼ cup ham, diced
        ¼ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
        ¼ cup bell pepper, diced
        ½ cup milk
        Pepper
        Salt
Directions:
  1. Add all ingredients and whisk until well combined.
  2. Spray muffin silicone mold with cooking spray.
  3. Pour egg mixture into the silicone muffin mold and place it in the air fryer oven and bake at 350 F for 10 minutes.
  4. After 10 minutes, flip egg bites and cook for 3 minutes more.
