12.                      Mushroom & Pepperoncini Omelet

Ingredients:
        3 large eggs
        ¼ c milk
        Salt and ground black pepper, as required
        ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
        ¼ cup cooked mushrooms
        3 pepperoncini peppers, sliced thinly
        ½ tablespoon scallion, sliced thinly
Directions:
  1. In a bowl put eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper and beat well.
  2. Place the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  3. Press the Time button and set the cooking time to 20 minutes.
  4. Now, push the Temp button and rotate the dial to set the temperature at 350 degrees F.
