14.                      Chicken & Zucchini Omelet

Ingredients:
        8 eggs
        ½ cup milk
        Salt and ground black pepper, as required
        1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
        1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
        ½ cup fresh chives, chopped
        ¾ cup zucchini, chopped
Directions:
  1. Mix eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper and beat well.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir.
  3. Place the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  4. Press the Time button and set the cooking time to 35 minutes.
  5. Now, push the Temp button and rotate the dial to set the temperature at 315 degrees F.
