Chicken & Zucchini Omelet

Ingredients:

8 eggs
•
½ cup milk
•
Salt and ground black pepper, as required
•
1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
•
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
•
½ cup fresh chives, chopped
•
¾ cup zucchini, chopped
Directions:

Mix eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper and beat well.

Add the remaining ingredients and stir.

Place the mixture into a greased baking pan.

Press the Time button and set the cooking time to 35 minutes.
