Preheat your Air Fryer to 392 degrees F

Take a medium-sized bowl and add cornmeal, flour, salt, onion, and pepper, stir well

Take another bowl and add milk, keep it on the side

Dip each tomato slice in milk, then coat lightly with cornmeal mixture

Transfer to preheated Air Fryer and cook for 6 minutes

Remove them and spray tops with a bit of oil, transfer back to the fryer and cook for 3 minutes, flip and cook for 3-6 minutes more until crispy
