Ingredients
Directions:
  1. Preheat your Air Fryer to 392 degrees F
  2. Take a medium-sized bowl and add potato slices with salt, oil, and pepper
  3. Transfer to Air Fryer cooking basket, cook for 6 minutes, shake and cook for 4 minutes more
  4. Remove and add shallots, fry for 5 minutes
  5. Shake basket once more and cook for 4 minutes more until they are crispy
  6. Serve with a top of cashew/vegan cheese with a sprinkle of chives and scallions
