Ingredients:
        2 low-sodium whole-wheat English muffins, split
        2 tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt
        8 fresh baby spinach leaves
        1 ripe tomato, cut into 4 slices
        ½ ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced lengthwise (see Tip)
        8 fresh basil leaves
        4 tablespoons crumbled fat-free low-sodium feta cheese, divided
Directions:
  1. Put the English muffin halves into the air fryer. Toast for 2 minutes, or until light golden brown. Transfer to a work surface.
  2. Spread each muffin half with 1½ teaspoons of yogurt.
  3. Top each muffin half with 2 spinach leaves, 1 tomato slice, one-fourth of the avocado, and 2 basil leaves. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon of feta cheese.
  4. Toast the sandwiches in the air fryer for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the cheese softens and the sandwich is hot.
