Ingredients:
Directions:
  1. Add the onion, garlic, and cilantro stems in the IP.
  2. Add a splash of water. Set the IP to SAUTE; cook for 2 to 3 minutes or till translucent.
  3. Add the red pepper and spices; sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Add the soybeans and broth; stir to mix well.
  5. Add enough water to cover the beans with 1-inch water.
  6. Set to MANUAL HIGH PRESSURE for 30 minutes. QPR when the timer beeps; unlock the lid and open. Puree all or only 1/2 of the soup using an immersion or regular blender.
