Chop 1/2 of the cauliflower; grate the other half.

Prepare the other veggies. Set the IP to SAUTÉ.

Add the bacon; cook till crisped and remove.

Add the butter to the pot.

Add the grated cauliflower.

Add the rest of the veggies; sauté for 5 minutes.

Add the cream; stir to mix.

Add the garlic, pepper, salt, and broth.

Set to HIGH PRESSURE for 15 minutes. NPR when the timer beeps; unlock the lid and open. Stir in the cheeses till melted. Add the bacon.
