62.                      Roasted Grapes With Yogurt

Ingredients:
        2 cups seedless red grapes, rinsed and patted dry
        1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
        1 tablespoon honey
        1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
        2 tablespoons 2 percent milk
        2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
Directions:
  1. Spread the red grapes in the baking pan and drizzle with the cider vinegar and honey. Lightly toss to coat.
  2. Select Roast, set temperature to 380ºF (193ºC), and set time to 10 minutes.
  3. Whisk the yogurt and milk in a medium bowl. Gently fold in the grapes and basil.
