68.                      Parmesan Cauliflower

Ingredients:
        8 cups small cauliflower florets (about 1¼ pounds / 567 g)
        3 tablespoons olive oil
        1 teaspoon garlic powder
        ½ teaspoon salt
        ½ teaspoon turmeric
        ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions:
  1. In a bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, turmeric, and toss to coat. Transfer to the air fryer basket.
  2. Select “Air Fry” temperature to 390ºF (199ºC), and set time to 15 minutes.
  3. After 5 minutes, remove, then stir the cauliflower florets. Return to the oven and continue cooking.
  4. After 6 minutes, remove and stir the cauliflower again. Return and cook again for 4 minutes. The cauliflower florets should be crisp-tender.
  5. Sprinkle with the shredded Parmesan cheese and toss well.
