70.                      Salty Baked Almonds
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:
        1 cup of raw almonds
        1 egg white, beaten
        ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
Directions:
  1. Spread the almonds in the baking pan in an even layer.
  2. Choose the “Convection Bake” set temperature to 350ºF (180ºC) and set time to 20 minutes.
  3. Remove, then coat the almonds with the egg white and sprinkle with the salt.
