80.                      Potatoes/Tornado Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 4 small potatoes
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • ½ tsp of pepper
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Wooden skewers
Directions:
  1. Enter the skewer in each potato until it comes out to the other side.
  2. With one hand we place the sharp knife diagonally on one end of the potato until the knife touches the wood, while with the other hand we turn the potato in the opposite direction. In this way, we will cut all the potatoes in the form of a fine spiral.
  3. Once finished, we stretch the potato along the skewer. Then we will give a few strokes of olive oil on the spirals.
  4. On a separate plate, we will mix salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and striped Parmesan cheese. Next, we will sprinkle the potatoes with the spice mixture, using a teaspoon.
  5. We will cut the ends of the skewer; in case the skewers are longer than the fryer basket and we will introduce the potato skewers in the fryer.
  6. Let cook at 320°F for 20-25 minutes.
