Paneer And Cauliflower Dipping Sauce

1/2 pd. cauliflower, broken into florets

1 cup Paneer cheese, crumbled

Directions:

Start by adding water and a steamer basket to your Instant Pot. Now, place cauliflower florets in the steamer basket.

Secure the lid. Choose “Manual” mode and Low pressure; cook for 3 minutes

Then, purée the cauliflower florets in your food processor.
