  2. Now, add 1 cup of water and a metal trivet to the Instant Pot.
  3. Divide the mixture among muffin cups; top with pasta sauce. Lower the muffin cups onto the trivet.
  4. Secure the lid. Choose “Manual” mode and High pressure; cook for 6 minutes.
  5. Top with the shredded cheese; cover with the lid and allow your muffins to sit in the residual heat for 4 to 7 minutes.
