In a large mixing bowl, hot Sauce, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. Add chicken wings and toss to coat thoroughly.

Place coated wings in a large zip lock bag. Add flour, seal bag, and shake until wings are coated with flour.

Place wings on the 4-inch rack and cook on High power (350 degrees F) for 10 minutes. Turn wings over and cook for an additional 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk together all ingredients for the glaze. Place wings in glaze and toss to coat evenly. Place wings back on the 4-inch rack and cook on High power for an additional 5 minutes.
