Apple-Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
1 large apple
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp Panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. Chopped pecans,
2 tbsp. Light brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. curry powder
Directions:
In a bowl, add chopped apple, cheese, breadcrumbs, pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, and curry powder. Stir to combine well.
Pound chicken breasts between waxed paper sheets till thick.
Spread half the apple mixture on every chicken breast. Roll the chicken up and secure with toothpicks.
Place chicken on the 4-inch rack and cook on High power for 12 minutes. Flip over and cook for another 10-12 minutes.
