  1. Dry the chicken with a tea towel. Cover the chicken with the oil spray.
  2. Place the chicken inside the hot air electric fryer, separating the wings towards the edge to not be on top of each other. Cook at 200ºC until the skin is crispy for about 25 min. Turn them around half the time.
  3. Mix the soy sauce with cornstarch in a small pan. Add honey, chili paste, garlic, ginger, and lime sumo. Simmer until it boils and thickens. Place the chicken in a bowl, add the sauce and cover all the chicken. Sprinkle with chives.
