In a bowl, mix the lime juice, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, honey, garlic, chili powder, and salt to make a marinade.

Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly in the marinade.

Place the shrimp in the fryer basket. Air fry for 5 minutes. Shake the basket and cook until the shrimp is cooked through and brown, an additional 5 to 10 minutes.

To assemble the bowls, spoon ¼ of the rice, black beans, avocado, and cherry tomatoes into each of four bowls. Top with the shrimp and serve.
