Country Shrimp “Boil

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for spraying

1 pd large shrimp, deveined, tail on

1 pd smoked turkey sausage, cut into thick slices

2 corn cobs, quartered

1 zucchini, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks

1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
Directions:

Spray the fryer basket lightly with olive oil.

In a large bowl, mix the shrimp, turkey sausage, corn, zucchini, bell pepper, and Old Bay seasoning, and toss to coat with the spices. Add the 2 tablespoons of olive oil and toss again until evenly coated.

Spread the mixture in the fryer basket in a single layer. You will need to cook in batches.
