Directions:
1preparing the ingredients. Put shrimp on paper towels to drain.
Mix coconut and panko breadcrumbs. Then mix in coconut flour and almond flour in a different bowl. Set to the side.
Dip shrimp into the flour mixture, then into egg white, and then into the coconut mixture.
Place into an instant crisp air fryer basket. Repeat with remaining shrimp.
2air frying. Close air fryer lid. Set temperature to 350°f, and set time to 10 minutes. Turn halfway through the cooking process.
