Chipotle Mix Tilapia Recipe

Ingredients:

Olive oil – 2 tbsp.

Onion (diced) – 2

Garlic cloves (minced) – 3

Chili powder – 1 tbsp.

Chipotle powder – 1 tbsp.

Cumin powder – 1 tsp.

Salt to taste

Rinsed black beans – 1 small can

Tomatoes (diced) – 2

Tilapia fillets – 1 lb.

Lime juice – 2 tbsp.

Toppings: cream, cheese, avocado, cilantro (any)
Directions:

Add oil to the air fryer pot.

Mix onion, garlic cloves, lime juice, and tilapia fillets.

Let it cook for 10 minutes at 300 F.

Now add chili powder, cumin powder, chipotle powder, salt,
and black beans. Mix well.

Add sweet potatoes and let it cook for 10 more minutes.
