Root Vegetable Snack Chips

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups beet, thinly sliced

1 ½ cups sweet potato, thinly sliced

1 ½ cups parsnip, thinly sliced

1 cup purple carrots, thinly sliced

1 ½ tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper
-
½ teaspoon cayenne powder

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon brown sugar
Directions:

Set the air fryer to 420°F.

Place the sliced root vegetables in a bowl and drizzle them with the olive oil. Toss the vegetables to coat evenly.

If necessary, working in batches, place the vegetable chips in the air fryer's basket and cook for 18-20 minutes.

While the chips are cooking, combine the salt, black pepper, cayenne powder, chili powder, and brown sugar.

Remove the root vegetables from the air fryer and immediately toss them with the seasoning mixture.
