215.                Brussels Sprouts With Balsamic Shallot Reduction

  1. Set the air fryer to 390°F.
    1. Toss the brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place them in the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes.
  3. While the Brussels sprouts are cooking, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Once the butter is melted, add the pancetta and the shallots. Cook, frequently stirring, until the pancetta is browned and the shallots are tender.
  5. Pour the balsamic vinegar into the skillet and add the sprig of rosemary.
  6. Bring the sauce to a boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer until the liquid is reduced by about half.
  7. Remove the Brussels sprouts from the air fryer and place them in a bowl.
  8. Drizzle the balsamic reduction over them and toss to evenly season.
