  1. Heat a pan that fits your air fryer with the butter, melt it, add green chilies, garlic, and ginger, stir and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add onions, salt, pepper, tomatoes, turmeric, cumin, ground coriander, and turnips, stir, introduce in your air fryer and cook at 350 °F for 10 minutes.
  3. Divide among plates, sprinkle fresh coriander on top, and serve.
