3 whole ears of corn, without husks
2 tablespoons butter
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon chile powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 lime, juiced and divided
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
Directions:
Select the Roast function on the COSORI Air Fryer Toaster Oven, set time to 18 minutes and temperature to 400°F, then press Start/Cancel to preheat.
Place ears of corn on the wire rack so that they are perpendicular to the wires.
Insert wire rack with a low position in the preheated air fryer toaster oven and press Start/Cancel.
Cool corn for 5 minutes and cut kernels into a bowl.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add butter, letting it melt.
Add salt, Chile powder, black pepper, and half the lime juice to the corn and cook for 3 minutes.
Sprinkle Parmesan and remaining lime juice on top of the corn and serve immediately
