263.                Cream Cheese Wontons With Pineapple

Ingredients:
        8 ounces cream cheese
        1 cup finely chopped fresh pineapple (canned, drained pineapple can be used)
        20 wonton wrappers
        Cooking spray
Directions:
  1. Place the cream cheese in a small, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 20 seconds, or until the cheese has melted.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the melted cream cheese and pineapple; stir well to combine.
  3. On a large cutting board, roll out the wonton wrappers and scoop 1½ teaspoons of cream cheese-pineapple mixture into each wonton wrapper. Brush the edges of wrappers with water and fold each wrapper diagonally into a triangle or desired shape, then press the open edges to seal.
  4. Arrange the wontons in the air fryer basket and spritz them with cooking spray. You may need to work in batches to avoid overcrowding.
  5. Put the air fryer lid on and cook in the preheated instant pot at 375ºF for 10 minutes. Flip the wontons when the lid screen indicates ‘TURN FOOD’ during cooking time. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until golden brown on both sides. Per Serving:
