Ingredients:
        2 tablespoons honey
        1 banana, mashed
        cup brown sugar
        3½ tablespoons butter, at room temperature
        1 egg, beaten
        ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
        1 cup self-rising flour
        A pinch of salt
        Cooking spray
Directions:
  1. In a bowl, use an electric mixer to mix the sugar and butter until smooth. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, combine the banana, beaten egg, and honey. Stir the banana mixture into the sugar mixture until smooth.
  3. Spritz a 6×6×2 inches pan with the cooking spray. Add the cinnamon, flour, and salt to the banana-butter mixture. Stir well. Transfer the mixture to the pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  4. Place the pan in the air fryer basket. Put the air fryer lid on and cook in the preheated instant pot at 325ºF for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
