267.                Mini Black Forest Pies With Cherries

Ingredients:
        2 tablespoons chopped dried cherries
        3 tablespoons milk or dark chocolate chips
        2 tablespoons thick, hot fudge sauce
        1 (10-by-15-inch) sheet puff pastry, thawed
        2 tablespoons sugar
        ½ teaspoon cinnamon
        1 egg white, beaten
Directions:
  1. In a mixing bowl, stir well the chocolate chips, dried cherries, and fudge sauce. Set aside.
  2. Roll the sheet puff pastry out on a lightly floured surface and cut into 6 squares with a sharp knife.
  3. Spread the chocolate chip mixture onto the center of each square. Make triangles by folding the squares diagonally. Firmly seal the edges of pastry using the tines of a fork.
  4. Brush both sides of the triangles with the beaten egg white and top with sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Arrange the triangles in the air fryer basket. Put the air fryer lid on and bake in batches in the preheated instant pot at 300ºF for 25 minutes until golden brown.
