Ingredients:
        2/3 cup heavy cream
        1/2 cup Light Corn Syrup
        1/3 cup brown sugar
        1/4 cup cocoa powder
        1/2 teaspoon salt
        7 oz. baking chocolate
        2 tablespoon butter
        1 teaspoon vanilla extract
        5 oz. Irish Cream
        1 Pound Cake
Directions:
  1. Mix corn syrup, cream, sugar, salt, cocoa powder, and 4 oz. Chocolate in a saucepan and stir cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove it from the heat, then stir in Irish cream, vanilla extract, butter, and remaining chocolate.
  3. Mix well and allow this sauce to thicken.
  4. Meanwhile, slice the pound cake into 1 ½ inch cubes using a sharp knife.
  5. Place these cake cubes in the Air Fryer Basket and spray them with cooking oil.
  6. Set the Air Fryer Basket in the Instant Pot Duo.
  7. Put on the Air Fryer lid and seal it.
  8. Hit the “Air fry Button” and select 11 minutes of cooking time, then press “Start.”
  9. Toss the cake cubes after 6 minutes, then resume cooking.
  10. Once the Instant Pot Duo beeps, remove its lid.
  11. Serve the cubes with chocolate sauce.
