Ingredients:
        6 digestives
        2 oz. butter, melted
        5 cups soft cheese
        1 ½ cups caster sugar
        4 large eggs
        3.5 oz. fresh blueberries
        2 tablespoon Greek yogurt
        1 tablespoon vanilla essence
        5 tablespoon icing sugar
Direction:
  1. Take a 6-inch springform pan and dust it with flour.
  2. Crush digestive biscuits in a food processor and mix with melted butter.
  3. Spread the biscuit crumb in the pan and press it evenly.
  4. Beat cream cheese with sugar in an electric mixer until fluffy.
  5. Stir in eggs, vanilla essence, and yogurt, then mix well.
  6. Fold in chopped berries and mix gently with the filling.
  7. Spread the blueberry-cream filling in the crust evenly.
  8. Place the prepared pan in the Air Fryer Basket.
  9. Set the Air Fryer Basket in the Instant Pot Duo.
  10. Put on the Air Fryer lid and seal it.
  11. Hit the “Air fry Button” and select 15 minutes of cooking time, then press “Start.”
