Beat butter with sugar in a mixer until fluffy.

Slowly add flour while mixing the batter.

Divide this mixture into a mini muffin tray, greased with cooking spray.

Place the muffin tray in the Instant Pot Duo.

Put on the Air Fryer lid and seal it.

Hit the “Bake Button” and select 8 minutes of cooking time, then press “Start.”

Once the Instant Pot Duo beeps, remove its lid.

Meanwhile, beat the cream with the rest of the Ingredients: in a beater until fluffy.

Add this topping to a piping bag and pipe the topping on top of the baked cupcakes.
