  1. Switch on the air fryer, insert fryer basket, grease it with olive oil, then shut with its lid, set the fryer at 350 degrees F, and preheat for 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, place all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well blended and smooth batter comes together.
  3. Take a 6-inches pie pan, grease its oil, then pour in the prepared batter and smooth the top.
  4. Open the fryer, place the pie pan in it, close with its lid, and cook for 45 minutes until the pie has set and inserted a toothpick into the pie slide out clean.
  5. When the air fryer beeps, open its lid, take out the pie pan and let it cool.
  6. Garnish the pie with toasted coconut, then cut into slices and serve.
