  1. Switch on the air fryer, insert fryer basket, grease it with olive oil, then shut with its lid, set the fryer at 350 degrees F, and preheat for 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, take a 6 cups muffin pan, grease it with oil, and set aside until required.
  3. Place melted butter in a bowl, whisk in sweetener until blended, and then beat in vanilla, eggs, and cream until combined.
  4. Add remaining ingredients, beat again until incorporated and smooth batter comes together, and then pour the mixture into prepared pan.
  5. Open the fryer, place the pan in it, close with its lid and cook for 10 minutes until cake is done and inserted skewer into the cake slides out clean.
  6. When the air fryer beeps, open its lid, take out the cake pan and let the cake cool in it.
  7. Take out the cakes, cut it into pieces, and serve.
