CURRY SHOULDER

Curry Shoulder is our infusion of whisky with curry leaves. There is a natural smoky aroma in the curry leaves that almost emulates the peat smoke edge of a good whisky.

700ml/24fl oz/3 cups bourbon whiskey

30g/1oz fresh curry leaves, stalks and stems removed

1 Put the bourbon and fresh curry leaves in a mixing bowl, then cover and leave to steep for 48 hours.

2 Strain and store in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
