9.Flatbread with Lamb and Tzatziki

Prepare the flatbread dough as directed.
Preheat the barbecue/a large griddle pan to very hot. Season and cook the lamb steaks for 3–4 min on each side, or until cooked to your taste. Set aside to rest.
Wipe down the pan or barbecue before cooking the flatbreads. Cook the flatbreads as directed. Continue until all the flatbreads are cooked, stacking on top of each other and covering with a towel.
Slice the lamb steaks and lay some meat, salad leaves and Tzatziki on half of each flatbread then fold in half to eat.
