Day two was trickier according to Humility. Dealing with brothers is one thing because you can verify quickly if they are in fact good or not. Humility's job isn't to worry about the vices of man, and it isn't meant to look deeper into their virtues. His job solely is to make sure when a person is showing humility it is genuine.
Honestly, the guy could probably do more good if he gave people that may lack humility a break if they are outstanding in other areas. But, he will snap if you tell him that so I keep my thoughts to myself. He's not a bad guy; it's the world that has tainted him. Humility is rare today, so he's slowly turning into something different, dark. He does give people the chance to get away. It just so happens that many don't take it because they are caught up in their vices that they lose sight of what is best for them to do.
That is what happens with entourages. Each person gets an out. Many are blinded by the celebrity or benefits of being in the group, and then they end up picked off. The reality star was like that. Her entourage had to go missing slowly over the course of the day but had to have their bodies hidden so no one would come looking for them.
It wasn't an easy feat, but he is always up for the challenge. You see to get the kind people to leave; you get the worst around them to show their darkest intentions. Good people run for the hills. Some try to stay loyal. That was true in the case of this reality star and members of her entourage. First of all, that woman was a nightmare. I mean I wasn't there or anything, but the stories make her sound like a nightmare. She threw a shoe at the guy bringing them food because the drink was the wrong kind or some nonsense like that. I know here that it happens sometimes, but you can't help it, you have issues but that woman is out there, and she should understand better. She probably called her people minions. Horrible people always devalue the hard-working ones.
That morning people saw her at her worst, and they stayed.
I'll never understand people. Why stay around someone so horrible? Humility could pick most of the honest souls in the dark. He turned the worst in the group on them. Yes, he had them hurt but did they not stand by when that shoe hurt the poor room service guy. By noon, the kind people were gone, and then the fun began. You see the worst of the group can disappear and people will say good riddance. Everyone knows they are social climbing and a weekend event could lead to more for them.
Granted you can't have fun with them. You can't feel the joy of slowly torturing them. You don't get to feel the joy in hearing their screams as you place a blade into them or you pin them to a table like you do an animal in biology. No, you don't get that joy. You get to be brutal, and you get to practice hiding bodies, but you don't get that joy. It's sad really.
I, I mean he slit the throat of the worst of the group. Why? He was truly horrible. Horrible to women, repulsive to men, just terrible all around. He died quickly. The gurgling sound of him trying to breathe while the blood drained from him was music. The hope in his eyes that if he could stop the bleeding while getting help was a fire lit within Humility to continue. The more he had fun with killing, the darker he became. He drowned some; he tricked other into leaving detail accounts of where they were running off to before he had fun butchering them. It became a fun game, leading up to the "accidental overdose" of a reality star. It was quite brilliant if I do say so myself because she kept the drugs with her. She rambled on to people leading up to her demise about how she was a fraud. She begged for just one more hit anyhow. Killing her was less fun than her top minion but knowing her diary would tarnish all she was loved for was enough to keep Humility going on to day three.
