Am I allowed to upload a super rare book, this book being something people have tried to destroy from our past?

It's contents the sort of thing that people may have a tough time with.

Completely true, but hard to keep a clear head with.

I guess what I need to know is are there any rules preventing the uploading of books others may deem not so nice?

Most of the content we accept it as it comes. There are some topics I will not like having in the library like pedophilia, racism, fascism, misogyny, trans-phobia, ...

Not sure what kind of book you are talking about.

Well it might fall under racism. The issue I have with that is you have to be intelligent enough to take the wording with a grain of salt. Know a bit (maybe a lot) about true history in order for you to understand that it truly isn't racist. More just prejudice.
