I downloaded it an found a non readable pdf-to-epub conversion. Large pictures, divided into fractions on different pages...

It's a pity, because it's a famous comic, but to convert the pdf, which you can find in other libraries,  into epub it would need a specialist with plenty of time...

It looks ok to me, I guess it depends on the epub reader. Anyway epub is not a good format for comics and as you say there is already libraries where you will find this comic in a proper format (like .cbz).
