Discworld books deleted, why?

Hi, I submitted these german discworld books a while ago:
    Ruhig Blut!
    Maurice, der Kater
    Der Winterschmied
    Die volle Wahrheit
    Ein Hut Voller Sterne
They were accepted and I could see them in the library, but now the status is set to “Rejected” and they are no longer in the library. What happened?

The books reappeared, but they are the broken versions that were there before I fixed them. Does it make sense to upload the fixed versions again?

Your upload with the fixes will be welcome, just add a note on each upload mentioning the book you are updating with your upload so the moderators can replace it properly.
