Feature Request

It would be fantastic to have the following features considered/added:
1. Filter list of items (either in "view all" or "view subject") by fields such as date added, download count, rating (see next suggestion) etc. like many of the BitTorrent sites (e.g. order list by most downloaded to least downloaded)
2. Ratings (star rating on a likert five-point would be fine)

Both will be nice to have, I think it will take some time until the core devs are able to implement them. But of course contributions are welcome.

I just added them as issues in our repo:
https://gitlab.com/trantor/trantor/issues/19
https://gitlab.com/trantor/trantor/issues/20

Thanks for the ideas.  :)
Happy reading!!!

Yes you can search by language, just add lang:en or lang:pt to your search and will only search for the language you want.

See the help for more info: http://xfmro77i3lixucja.onion/help/

Proposals on how to improve the help are wellcome.

It would also be nice to sort search results with a few filters. Like sort by title alphabetically, sort by publish date, sort by upload date, and sort by author alphabetically.

Yes, we need to add that to the search. Thanks for the reminder, I'll try to get my hands to that soon.

I think that some kind of a bookmark feature (books here are a stream of text and not individual pages so remembering where you left off is kinda annoying) would really help if someone wants to read online without downloading.

Up to now we had treated our online reader as something to have a look into the book. It misses many things to be a nice comfortable tool to actually read books. And yes a bookmark feature will be great, I'm not sure when we'll have the time to implement it. If you or someone has the skills I'll be happy to guide whoever wants to do the implementation.

Each chapter usually has it's own url, you could bookmark that in your browser, so at least you can find the chapter you were on. I'm sorry we don't have better tools for it yet.
