Agents and Patients

A story set in London, Paris, and pre-Hitler Berlin, centring on the attempts of two genial and indigent intellectual adventurers to obtain the financial backing necessary for their schemes from a young man called Blore-Smith, not short of cash, but scarcely cognizant of the facts of life.
