Jake is an ex-soldier and wounded warrior haunted by the combat death of his dog in Afghanistan. A year later, he learns his dog is alive and part of a Black Ops project in Hawaii for augmented Military Working Dogs.

While helping his dog prepare for a mission to take out a resurgent terrorist group, Jake learns the secret program is not all that it seems. With his dog and the world in danger, Jake risks it all to save his old friend before it is too late.
