Missing in space for twenty years, a scientist returns to Earth and finds a wasteland in place of the world he left behind. Determined to help what's left, the scientist sets out to fight against a dark future. There's just a single problem, though. He's the one responsible for the apocalypse in the first place.

Told from multiple points of view, the action packed story is a collection of accounts that attempt to solve a human crisis that escalates out of control over the course of three days.
