The third story in the series highlighting the insidious alien invasion of earth. Cities have burned, but for the most part, the alien threat evades acknowledgement from the masses.

There's an infected troop who appears to be getting worse, an alien base that refuses to be penetrated, and a virus threatening the whole of humanity, and all of it in secret.

Colonel Crisp and his team are tasked with the mission of fighting against the alien threat, cut off from official lines that the extraterrestrials might be monitoring. Sooner or later, they will have to make a run on the alien ground base in Utah, and sooner seems to be the target.

They aren't sure what they will find, or whether the strike team will survive, but one thing is certain. If they don't complete their task, a horrible virus awaits the current population of Earth, and once it begins to spread, there will be no stopping it. Further investigation will reveal more clues about exactly how horrid the alien agenda really is.
