Burned

Burned

When college student and moonlighting waiter, Preston Wilcott, moved into his new apartment, he had no idea he’d be waking up to the not so gentle bleating of the smoke detector from across the hall. Morning after morning of having his sleep so rudely interrupted, drives him over the edge and into leaving a hastily written note on a box of cereal for the inept cook living next door.

TJ Patterson is easily distracted, which tends to cause problems when he’s trying to cook himself breakfast in the morning. The beeping smoke detector wasn’t an issue until the mysterious guy moved in next door. TJ is both amused and annoyed when his neighbor starts leaving alternative breakfast foods on his welcome mat along with snarky notes about his lack of sleep.

With Valentine’s day fast approaching, can love blossom from the ashes of a burned meal?
