On a cold New Year’s Eve three lives come together. One is left destroyed, one is left shattered and one enters the Gray. Over the next year of her life Sara Connelly must figure out the clues of what’s going on around her as a gray swirling mass consumes the city around her. She isn’t alone; she has the help of two women very dear to her. The year will have her questioning everything she thought she knew about life and her own mortality. What really happened on that last night of the year? Where will the path that she is on take her? What is this gray world she has been thrown into? What secrets does it hold? The clock is ticking and the Gray won’t hold off for long. Can Sara figure out what is going on in time and return to the life she once knew, or will the Gray claim her as it has the rest of the city?
